How Kickr
invests in you
Great engineering takes great people, and we invest accordingly. Here’s what that looks like day to day.
We own the coffee shop downstairs (Coffee Box). That means you get daily free, barista-crafted coffee to keep your brain running and your CAD models rendering. No sad breakroom drip coffee here.
Inspiration doesn’t clock out at 5 PM. You get around-the-clock access to our fully equipped, in-house prototyping studio. If you have an idea for a complex mechanical linkage at midnight, you have the tools to come in, build it, and test it immediately.
We keep the office loaded with premium drinks and snacks. Because you can’t solve massive engineering challenges or stay in a deep flow state when you’re constantly running on empty.
We build a growth plan with you and your manager, then invest in it. That means paid opportunities for courses, certifications, or conferences that move you toward the engineer you want to become.
We work hard to solve massive design challenges, but we don’t let it consume us. From casual Friday hangouts to lunch club to larger team offsites, we intentionally carve out time to disconnect, grab a drink, and actually enjoy the people we build alongside.
